Garstang FC play their home games at The Riverside ground, ideally situated just off the High Street in Garstang. Although currently playing in the West Lancashire Premier Division, attendances frequently top 100 so, with a good clubhouse bar and fine ‘football fare’, we can promise you an afternoon of enjoyable, honest, committed and competitive football. Players:
With junior teams starting with the ‘Under 6’ age group, Cockerham Juniors provide the route for the young footballers in our community to progress through the other age-groups and on to Garstang FC Youth or even the Senior teams. The youth sides will play at The Beeches on Bowgreave Rise, a facility which is also being developed as a training ground for the senior players. Players reading this will be aware that we have been joined this season by Barrie Stimpson, an experienced manager who, although he has a reputation for putting fun back into football, is very serious about taking Garstang FC to the highest standard of football that it can achieve.
